About me
Hi, I’m Rosemarie — coach, mother, grandmother, and advocate for women navigating burnout and overwhelm, and building clarity and confidence.

My Story
Hi, I am Rosemarie, and I am a mother and grandmother to two beautiful daughters and two amazing grandsons. People tell me that I am a nurturing character, and it is a role that I have enjoyed playing over the years. Throughout my life people of all ages and backgrounds have come to me for advice and support.
I have had a successful career managing IT Support teams and Service Delivery. Despite this, I always felt that something was missing. I enjoyed working with people as individuals and not just in business environments.
I first explored coaching more than 20 years ago; at the time I was a single mother, juggling a full-time job and childcare. I lacked the confidence and head space to even contemplate how I could make it work.
20 years on and still lacking the fulfilment I wanted and needed, I decided to explore coaching again. From the first training session there was no doubt that coaching resonated with me. More importantly, I knew that I could use coaching to make a real difference in people’s lives.

My Mission and Philosophy

My Mission
I used to say that I wasn’t sure where my drive to support equality for women, disadvantaged people and generally those who are marginalised came from but that’s not true. It comes from life experience — not just my own, but people who I have connected with, supported and mentored over the years.
In the fast-paced society we live in, people are often mistreated and misunderstood. Our failing support services mean that it falls to individuals to advocate for themselves and their families.
My Philosophy

I create spaces that are confidential and non-judgemental, where honesty and integrity can be guaranteed; an authentic environment where everyone feels valued for who they are and, most importantly, everyone has a voice.

What I bring

Workplace Insight
Working in corporate environments, I have a vast knowledge of the challenges that women are facing in the workplace, culturally and in society.
Understanding Neurodiversity
As a grandmother to a neurodiverse grandchild, I have witnessed firsthand the battles, obstacles and the need to advocate for neurodiverse children’s basic needs. Through my research and training I have gained knowledge and experience of the types of challenges that the neurodiverse face in day-to-day life and in the workplace.
Grounded in Values
My values — inclusion, confidentiality, safety, creativity, limitless possibilities, understanding and respect — have inspired me to create unique programs that empower people to design the lives they want for themselves.

A Phased Approach
All my programs include my unique phased approach that will help you to not only explore what you want but to craft solutions that work for you because they are designed by you. I utilise tried and tested tools that will help you to build confidence and self-esteem, work through causes of anxiety and stress and feel in control.

What matters most

I love spending time with my family, and nothing makes me happier than bringing everyone together to share food, talk and connect. Cooking for the people I care about brings me real joy. I also enjoy learning and taking time to slow down with a good book. When I want to recharge, you will usually find me listening to 80s music, as it always lifts my spirits.
