3. Coacing Services

4. Bookings and Payment

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance, either directly with me or through my online booking system (e.g. Calendly)

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated from time to time.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and not rescheduled.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible, and we will arrange a new time.
6. Refunds

Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. In exceptional circumstances, I may consider a refund at my discretion, but I am not obliged to offer one.

I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes you take as a result of coaching.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I exclude all liability for loss or damage, except where caused by my negligence.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
